Unconditional Tokens
Cause. A protocol error occurred between the channel and device controllers during
an odd-byte data transfer. A controller might have failed.
Effect. The data transfer in progress is aborted.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.

handshake on the last byte transferred.
