Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The NonStop subsystem manager detected a process name being used while
it was reserving process names. This caused NonStop subsystem manager to the
remove previously reserved process name.
Effect. The system configuration database is inconsistent.
Recovery. See the SCF Reference Manual for the Kernel Subsystem.
4: ZKRN-EVT-ALLPROC-ADDED
Because no ALLPROCESSORS record was found in the system configuration
database, a default ALLPROCESSORS record was added.
