Unconditional Tokens
Cause. A protocol error occurred between the channel and the device controller. The
channel sent an end-of-transfer to complete the data-reconnect sequence, but the
controller did not respond to the signal.
Effect. The device controller failed. The data transfer in progress is aborted.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.

IIOSTIFAIL (126).
ZEMS-MAP-EXIOADDR External (physical) I/O address.
ZGIO-TKN-CHANNEL Subject token that specifies the channel affected by this
event.
ZGIO-TKN-CONTROLLER Subject token that specifies the controller number for the
event.
ZGIO-TKN-UNIT Subject token that specifies the unit number for the event.
ZGIO-TKN-FECODE File-system error code returned when an invalid command
is sent to the device.
