Event Management Service (EMS) Standard Definitions
EMS standard definitions that have a specific meaning for NSC events are listed in
Table 18-3.
EMS standard definitions are described in detail in the EMS Manual.
NonStop Subsystem Manager (ZNSC-) Definitions
NSC definitions begin with ZNSC- and are found in the source-definition files
ZNSCTAL, ZNSCCOB, ZNSCTACL, ZNSCDDL, ZNSCC, and ZNSCPAS. These
definitions are described in the following paragraphs and under each event message in
this section.

Token Description
ZSPI-TKN-SSID Contains ZNSC-VAL-SSID, the subsystem ID of NSC.
ZSPI-SSN-ZNSC Subsystem number assigned to the NSC.

Token Description
ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS Has the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE for those NSC event
messages that are potentially critical. Otherwise ZEMS-
TKN-EMPHASIS always has the value ZSPI-VAL-FALSE.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER Event number for each NSC event message.
