131: ZGIO-EVT-INTCCL
An IIO instruction failed with a condition code less than (CCL) status error.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. An IIO or HIIO instruction failed with a CCL error. The instruction failed at a
point where it is not possible to identify the failing component (such as a controller,
channel, or cabling).
Effect. If the system detects too many channel errors in a short time, the I/O interrupt
handler attempts to reset the channel. If the channel reset fails, the system disables
the channel. If the channel is disabled, the processor is still up but is unable to perform
I/O.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
