An error occurred during an I/O operation.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. An error occurred during an I/O operation.
Effect. When the operating system detects an error, a snapshot of the I/O activity is
reported. The IOTRACE event contains the current state of the I/O trace table for the
originating processor. This table contains the completion status of past I/O operations
executed by this processor.
The I/O channel, device controller, or physical device continues functioning abnormally.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed. If
the error is critical in nature, it is reported with one of the other ZGIO event messages.
