The channel microcode detected a data transfer protocol error that did not indicate a
read or write data transfer.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The device controller failed.
When the channel attempted to interrogate a requesting channel during channel
reconnect, the device controller responded with bits <4:5> of the reconnect address
controller (RAC) not indicating whether it is a read or a write reconnect.
Effect. The data transfer is not performed.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
