A same device has had a continuous reconnect pending over the last two operations.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The device controller indicated in the reconnect address controller (RAC)
failed.
At the first attempt to reconnect, the data transfer was aborted by the channel but no
message was returned. On subsequent attempts, a message was returned and the
interrupting device controller address was returned in ZGIO-TKN-RACWORD.
Effect. The reconnect address controller (RAC) has failed and it was disabled by the
operating system.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
