Messages
Cause. Congestion or back pressure has been detected, and ServerNet software is
performing recovery procedures.
Effect. The packet that timed out is not delivered, but higher-level software must
tolerate this condition and recover from it. If the cause of the timeout was transient, the
ServerNet software will be able to clear the error state and continue. If the cause of the
timeout is persistent congestion, ServerNet software will reset the ports on the
ServerNet hardware, potentially causing errors on other packets.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
