The channel microcode detected an UCME while accessing the I/O control (IOC) table.

Cause. The channel microcode detected a UCME while accessing the IOC table.
ZGIO-TKN-RACWORD contains the channel address (controller and unit) of the device
controller. The problem is either in the processor memory control unit or in the
processor memory array.
Effect. The I/O operation in progress is aborted. The processor might freeze.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
