The page for the I/O control (IOC) table entry being accessed is marked absent.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The current IOC table page is marked absent. Always lock the IOC table (in
physical memory) in system data space. If the page that contains the IOC table is
marked absent, a failure occurred either in the software responsible for ensuring that
the IOC table is locked down in processor memory or in the processor memory
controller.
Effect. The processor might freeze.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
