Unconditional Tokens
Cause. SCSI module driver programming error has occurred. When present, the
SCSI Additional Status Token will provide more information for development.
Effect. The command cannot be completed.
Recovery. See Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 20-12.
97: ZSMD-EVT-MD-STRUCT-ERR
A Module Driver data structure error has occurred.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The most probable cause is that, during startup operations, the SCSI module
driver version did not match the SCSI Interface Monitor (SIFM) version. When present,
the SCSI Additional Status Token will provide more information for development.
Effect. The command cannot be completed.
