Installing a 519X Tape Subsystem
1. Connect the SCSI cable to the tape subsystem. See Figure 7-8.
a. Open the rear bezel door of the tape module:
1. Pull on the blue-green handle at the top of the door.
2. Lower the door to a horizontal position.
3. Pull up on the spring-loaded plungers to release the hinges.
4. Remove the door from the module.
b. Find the tape subsystem SCSI cable. For cable lengths and their
corresponding part numbers, see the CSSI Web. See CSSI Web on page xxiii.
