Cascading Ethernet Switch or Hub Configuration
Additional Ethernet switches or hubs can be connected (cascaded) to the Ethernet
switches or hubs already installed. Primary and backup system consoles and the
server must be on the same subnet, but the system consoles can be on different
subnets.
You must change the preconfigured IP addresses of the second and subsequent
system consoles before you can add them to the LAN.
