Complete the Service Side area of the form:
For I/O enclosures:
In slots 50 and 55: enter “IOMF.”
In slots 51 through 54:
If the slot will contain a ServerNet adapter, enter the
name and type of the ServerNet adapter.
If the slot will not contain a ServerNet adapter, enter
“filler panel.”
When you have completed this form, enter the date in
the Date field.
