ServerNet Adapter

A ServerNet adapter provides the interface between a ServerNet fabric and an I/O bus

such as a SCSI bus. A ServerNet adapter contains a ServerNet bus interface (SBI)

and one or more ServerNet addressable controllers (SACs). This figure is a simplified

block diagram of a ServerNet adapter:

ServerNet Addressable Controller (SAC)

A ServerNet addressable controller (SAC) is a controller that is uniquely addressable

within one or more ServerNet address domains. A SAC is a component of a ServerNet

adapter.
