15. Power Off Enclosure
This possibility of recabling and reconfiguring means that you must pay careful
attention to Worksheets 3 and 4 for the Tetra 8 topology or Worksheets 5 and 6 for the
Tetra 16 topology.
15. Power Off Enclosure
You must power off the enclosure before connecting it to the target system.
16. Repeat Steps 6 Through 15 If Necessary
Skip this step if you are creating a block that contains only one enclosure:
Configure each enclosure separately before you assemble them into a block. This
practice greatly reduces troubleshooting.
If you need to move the system console between enclosures, see Move the System
Console on page A-8.
To prepare each enclosure for configuration into a block:

1. From the OSM or TSM Low-Level Link, select the
Display menu.
A menu appears.
2. Select Actions. A menu appears.
3. Select Power Off.
4. Click Perform action.
5. Click OK.
6. Verify that the enclosure is powered off.
