Examples of Block Structures
Three Blocks
Your system can accept combinations of enclosures as well as single enclosures:
•
One I/O enclosure becomes one block. You add this block to a processor
enclosure that already exists on the system.
•
One processor enclosure becomes one block.
•
One processor enclosure supports one I/O enclosure. This combination becomes
one block.
Figure 2-2 illustrates how four enclosures can become three blocks
