The JREHOME environment variable need not be set to launch Java installed in a non-standard
location. The Java core classes are identified based on the location of the Java executable in the
Java Development Kit installation.
Note: If the JREHOME environment variable is set, Java installed in the location pointed by
$JREHOME takes precedence.
