The default heap and stack sizes have changed.
On TNSE/systems, the default stack size is 512 KB; the minimum stack size is 64 KB.

On TNSE/systems, the initial heap size is 18.25 MB; the default maximum heap size is 64
MB.

On TNS/E the NonStop Server for Java 4 does not use its own special version of dlfcn.h. Use
the file that exists in the include directory (/usr/include) of the system.
