This subsection describes the minimum hardware and software required for the installation of
the Compaq NonStop
TM
Server for Java. For installation instructions, see the README file
from the product CD.
Be sure to unpack the documentation in the proper directories; otherwise, the document links
from docs/index.html to the release documents and demo files will be broken.
Hardware
The minimum hardware requirements for installation of NonStop

16 megabytes of RAM●
200 megabytes of hard drive space for the compressed and uncompressed .tar files
(you can delete the .tar files from the hard drive after extracting the files)
