Printing This Document
Although reading this document on paper sacrifices the HTML links to other documentation that you can
use when viewing this document on your computer screen, you can print this document in either of the
following ways:
One file at a time, from either the Total Information Manager (TIM) or your web browser. For a
list of the files that compose this document, see the table under "Document Structure."

As a single document, from either TIM or the Internet Explorer web browser. Open the Table of
Contents, choose "Print" from the File menu, then choose the "Print all linked documents" option.
This method does not always work completely satisfactorily for all browsers, so the
one-file-at-a-time method is preferred.

Note: Some browsers require that you reduce the print size to print all the text displayed on
the screen.
