Directory Contents
The /usr/tandem/java directory contains release documents and subdirectories. The
following table lists the subdirectories and describes their contents.
Subdirectory Contents
/bin
Executable binary files
/demo
Additional subdirectories, each containing a README file and a
complete example.
/include
C-language header files that support native code programming
using the Java Native Interface and the Java Virtual Machine
Interface.
/install The javachk file and a Makefile that can be used to relink
the JVM.
/jre
The root directory of the Java runtime environment used by the
SDK development tools. Includes core classes, classes supplied by
HP, and run-time libraries. The core Java classes are in the
lib/rt.jar file.
/lib
Classes other than core classes for support of the tools and utilities
in the SDK software.
Demonstration Programs
The /demo directory contains subdirectories, each of which contains a demonstration program and
a README file that documents how the demonstration program should be used. Demonstration
programs provided include the following:
