EMS Messages
This message indicates an internal error while opening a SDR file. The SDR file can be 
the PWAYSDL file or the PWYMDATA file. When this error is generated the command 
line SOAP Server / Pathway CGI server stops. You must restart the SOAP server. If 
the problem continues, report it to HP Support.
