SoapAdminCL Command Syntax
-env <pathway environment name list>
all entries under the specified TS/MP environment name(s) (space
separated without the leading $ sign) are extracted. For example:
SoapAdminCL -e <sdl text file> -pathway -env \$lib
-process
all entries under the process hierarchy are extracted.
-env <process environment name list>
all entries under the specified process environment name(s) (space
separated without the leading $ sign) are extracted. For example:
SoapAdminCL -e <sdl text file> -process -env \$emp
If the -env option is not specified then all services defined under the Pathway or
Process SDL hierarchy are exported depending on the option selected. The Pathmon
or process names following the -env option have to be preceded with a “\” to escape
the “$” character in the process names. If no export options are specified then all
services in the SDR are exported under respective hierarchies.
These values from an imported SDL are not stored in the SDR:
The Url, ExeName, and ServerAddress attributes for the <sdl> element
The DeployOption, Generate, and GenerateUserExits attributes for the
<Service> element
When the export option is used to generate a SDL from the SDR, it is generated with
the default values for DeployOption, Generate, and GenerateUserExits attributes. The
Url, ExeName, and ServerAddress attributes are not present in the generated SDL file.
Syntax 3:
pathmon name
specifies the name of the Pathmon process.
server class name
specifies the name of the server class.
