2. Extract the contents of the TAR file using an archive tool like WinZip. The contents
should be extracted to C:\HP\NonStop\SoapAdmin.
3. After extraction, the contents of the SoapAdmin directory should contain:
•
lib – a directory
•
AdminTool.bat – a batch file to run the NonStop SOAP Admin GUI
•
config.xml – the configuration file for the NonStop SOAP Admin GUI
•
License – licensing terms for various components
•
properties.txt – contains recently used files and SDRs
•
.xml – sample SDL file
4. Edit the config.xml file to update the SoapAdminUrl to correctly point to the
SoapAdmin server on the NonStop system.
5. Run the AdminTool.bat to start the NonStop SOAP Admin GUI on the workstation.
Note. In default case, the SoapAdminUrl is set to
http://204.160.19.110/nssoap/SoapAdmin.pway. Only the SOAPAdminURL is being used
although there are other attributes that can be set in the config.xml file. However, the other
attributes must still be present.
