Task 4: Modify Profile Information for the Logical Target

Task 5: Initialize the Logical Target on the Host System
Initialize the logical target on the host system after running INITENV with the Initialization option.
In NonStop Software Essentials, use the Initialize Target action, located under “Target Maintenance
Actions” (page 64).
Task 6: Receive Software
Receiving software comprises reading software and placing it in the archive. HP highly recommends
that you use the same RVU and related SPRs that were used to build the current operating system.
To receive the software into the archive, see “Receiving Software Into the Archive” (page 79).
