7.0” (page 20) or “Installing Internet Explorer 8.0” (page 21).
Verify comForte MR-Win6530 Terminal Emulator
1. Select Start > All Programs > MR-Win6530 > MR-Win6530.
2. From the Help menu, select About MR-Win6530 to display the software version for
MR-Win6530.
3. Use the table below to map your MR-Win6530 software version to the SPR version.
4. If the current version of comForte MR-Win6530 Terminal Emulator version is not installed,
install it as described in “Installing and Migrating to the comForte MR-Win6530 Terminal
Emulator (T0819AAQ)” (page 44).

Verify Adobe Reader
If you currently have Adobe Reader installed, determine its version:
1. Select Start > All Programs > Adobe Reader X or Adobe Reader XI.
2. From the Help menu, select About Acrobat Reader or About Adobe Reader to display
application information.
If you do not have Adobe Reader XI installed on your system console, see “Installing Adobe Reader
XI” (page 26).
Verify OSM Client-Based Components
The NSC DVD includes these OSM client-based components: OSM Console Tools and OSM
Low-Level Link.
If you currently have OSM client-based components installed, determine their versions:
