The following documentation is related to configuring and using the system console software and
hardware:
• If you need to replace an existing NonStop system console, your service provider should refer
to "Replacing a NonStop System Console," located in the internal NonStop Service Procedures
collection of NTL.
CAUTION: When you receive a new NonStop system console, it is important to know and
to change the passwords for the three default user IDs that are created by manufacturing. The
same three default user IDs exist on all current NSC models. For NSCs running Windows
Server 2003, the default passwords are blank (no password). For NSCs running Windows
Server 2008, the default passwords are as follows:

Win2008NSC_Administrator

• The J06.nn/H06.nn/G06.nn Release Version Update Compendium and the Interactive Upgrade
Guide 2 contain summary information on new features and migration and fallback issues for
the RVU.

• The comForte MR-Win6530 online help provides general information about this application
(the Win6530 User Guide is also installed with the application).
• The NetMeeting online help provides information on configuring NetMeeting.
• The online WAN Wizard Pro User's Guide describes how to use the WAN Wizard Pro GUI
to configure ServerNet wide area network (SWAN) concentrators, wide area network (WAN)
devices, and local area network (LAN) adapters.
