3. Verify that the OSS root directory, the Web server root directory, and the Guardian
subvolume do not already contain NSM/web files.
Server home
terminal
Description: The home terminal for the NSM/web server
processes. The home terminal will not be used but must
exist and be available for output.
Example*: $ZHOME

TCP/IP processes Description: The Guardian process names for the
running NonStop TCP/IP processes.
Example*: $ZTCP0, $ZTC0, $ZTC0, $ZTC0,
$ZTC0, $ZTCP1, $ZSM1, $ZXTR

TCP/IP addresses Description: The IP addresses on which NSM/web will
be available. You must specify all IP addresses serviced
by the Web server that you instruct your users to use for
NSM/web.

Note. Do not install NSM/web over an existing instance of NSM/web. If you need to
reinstall NSM/web, you must first remove the existing installation. See Uninstalling
NSM/web (T2806ABA Is Installed) on page 1-16.
