Cause. The argument provided to the RETURNVALSIZE command line option was
not an appropriate numerical value.
Effect. OCA cannot interpret the specified arguments as a number of 16-bit words
returned by the named procedure.
Recovery. Specify a valid address in the RETURNVALSIZE option.
Error 34: A bad RETURNVALSIZE argument of value was given
for procedure <proc-name>.
