TACL Messages
This section lists the messages generated by an SCS process and reported to TACL on
the NonStop™ system. These messages are displayed on the NonStop™ system terminal
from which the SCS process was started and are listed here in numeric order, from
35100 to 35207. Each description includes the following information:
•
Message number and text
•
Cause of the message
•
Effect to the system as a result of the message cause
•
Recovery strategy suggested to correct the error or warning
35100
Cause. You issued a start command using a configuration that is currently running.
This situation can occur if you press the BREAK key after typing the start command.
Effect. SCS fails to start.
Recovery. Stop the SCS processes running under the job name and reissue the start
command.
35101
Cause. The configuration file is missing the required ODBCSERVER_PROGRAM
section.
Effect. SCS fails to start.
Recovery. Add an ODBCSERVER_PROGRAM section to the configuration file and
reissue the start command.
35128
Cause. The value for JOB-ID in the configuration file is not numeric.
Effect. SCS fails to start.
Recovery. Correct the JOB-ID parameter in the configuration file so that it contains a
valid integer value. Reissue the start command.
JOB-NAME job-name exists and must be stopped
ODBCSERVER_PROGRAM section not found in file file-name
The value specified for JOB-ID is not a number
