PROCESS_CREATE_ procedure; this parameter returns additional information about
some classes of errors.
Effect. The requested operation fails.
Recovery. Try to determine the root cause of failure from the values of error and
error-subcode that were returned and take action as appropriate. For more
information on process creation errors, refer to the Guardian Procedure Errors and
Messages Manual.

Effect. The requested operation is ignored.
Recovery. Try the command again when a server is running.

Cause. You specified a server that already exists and that cannot be altered.
Effect. The requested operation is ignored.
Recovery. Specify another server.

Effect. The requested operation is ignored.
Recovery. Contact your service provider.

Cause. You requested help for text that is not found in NOSCOM.
Effect. The requested operation is ignored.
Recovery. When requesting help, specify a valid NOSCOM keyword or command.
