Cause. SCS no longer needs a server. There are more than AVAILABLE_SERVERS
servers waiting for client connection requests.
Effect. The NonStop™ ODBC Server terminates.
Recovery. None; this is an informational message only.

Cause. The server cannot indicate to SCS that it is available to service clients.
Effect. SCS terminates abnormally.
Recovery. Check the system log to determine why SCS failed. For information about
the value of %d, see error 32310. For information about the format of this type of
message, see Message Format
on page 1-1.

Cause. An error occurred within SCS software.
Effect. Depends on the error.
Recovery. Check the system log to determine if SCS is encountering errors. For

251 Network protocol error
