error numbers of the usual set of SPELIB errors.
Effect. The stored procedure execution fails.
Recovery. Correct the error identified by error-code and retry the stored procedure
execution.

Effect. Depends on error.
Recovery. Contact your service provider.

Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. Request denied.
Recovery. Correct the error condition and reissue your request. Refer to the description
of the USER_AUTHENTICATE_ procedure call in the Guardian Procedure Call
Reference Manual for details about interpreting this error.

Cause. Your password will expire soon.
Effect. None.
Recovery. No recovery is necessary. Contact your system administrator about changing
your password.
