Cause: If a Record in the primary queue is corrupted, it will be tried 3 times before writing into the back-
up queue. The above message is generated when all the retries have exhausted.
Corrective Action: Check the backup queue to find the cause of correction.

Resubmission Warning Queue Filename: < filename> Queue Type: < queue type> Identifier: < record id>
Cause: An Abort Transaction was called due to some reason which caused the record being processed
resubmitted at the top of the queue.
Recovery: If there is a corruption, this will be done 3 times and then the record is written to the backup
queue. Analyze the backup queue to find the root cause of the problem.
