22.4 Reports and Statistics for IVR servers
The Console is a Web based interface to administer, configure and manage the
OmniIVR solution. Customer will have modification rights to change the look and feel
of the front end html screens.
Reports on Time Intervals and Server Types
Reports can be generated for CP, CC and CTI with monthly, daily, hourly or with 10
minutes interval options. Monitoring reports can also be generated to monitor the
server activity and gather recent statistics.
