OSS Subsystem Messages
catalog-subvol
is the name of the subvolume containing the fileset catalog.
Cause. A logical inconsistency has been detected within a fileset catalog.
Effect. While accessing fileset catalogs, the reporting OSS name server process
performed consistency checks and one of these checks failed. The OSS name server
process received Guardian file-system error 4201.
Recovery. Perform the following steps:
1. Stop (unmount) the fileset using the Subsystem Control Facility (SCF) STOP
FILESET command.
2. Repair the fileset catalogs using the SCF DIAGNOSE FILESET, REPAIR ALL
command on the indicated fileset.
3. Start (mount) the fileset again with the SCF START FILESET command.

is the process name of the OSS name server process receiving the signal.
signal
is the signal number.
stack-trace
is a stack trace that includes the location where the inconsistency was detected.
128 Bad parent list. The parent list in a record in the PXINODE file does not match
the corresponding records in the PXLINK file.
256 Link count mismatch. The catalog and disk have different values for the
number of links for a ZYQ file.
512 Missing ZYQ file. A ZYQ file is missing.
1024 Missing inode. An inode referred to in a PXLOG record is not found in the
PXINODE file.
2048 Catalog disk failure. A double failure of the catalog’s disk process has
occurred. The OSS name server prevents further access to the fileset.
4096 Fileset remount failed. After the failure of the primary OSS name server
process, the former backup process is unable to successfully remount the
fileset. The OSS name server prevents further access to the fileset.
