is the process name of the OSS name server process reporting the error.
err
is the text description of the error.
filename
is the Guardian filename of the OSS file affected by the error.
Cause. The indicated OSS name server process could not purge an OSS file using
the SQL catalog manager.
Effect. The OSS file is not purged.
Recovery. Perform the following steps:
1. Enter a File Utility Program (FUP) INFO DETAIL command for the file named in the
message.
2. If no OSS pathname is shown, use the Subsystem Control Facility (SCF)
DIAGNOSE FILESET command on all filesets used for SQL. When this command
is run, an entry is created in the fileset’s /lost+found directory for any file that
has no links to it.
3. Remove or rename the OSS file in the /lost+found directory as needed.

filenames and in the /lost+found directory, see Section 5, Managing Filesets.
