OSS Subsystem Messages
Cause. An SQL catalog manager process could not be created because there is a
resource shortage in the primary processor.
Effect. The process is not created.
Recovery. Correct the resource problem by stopping unneeded processes in the OSS
name server’s primary processor. For a definition of the specified error, see the
appendix describing PROCESS_CREATE_ errors in the Operator Messages Manual.

is the process name of the OSS sockets local server or name server process
reporting the event.
nn
is the processor number of the processor where the OSS server backup process is
running.
Cause. The indicated OSS server process successfully created its backup process.
Effect. The OSS server is now running as a process pair.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

is the error returned by the Guardian PROCESS_CREATE_ procedure call. If
