Open System Services Management and Operations Guide (G06.30+, H06.08+, J06.03+)

DescriptionValue
permission in the OSS ACL for an object on the NonStop server to be able to read data
from the object when the data is cached on NFS V2 clients.
The other and user fields of the permissions bits returned to NFS V2 clients are unmodified.
The group field of the permissions bits returned to NFS V2 clients are the permissions of
UNMODIFIED
the class entry of the ACL. This set of permissions bits matches the permissions that are
displayed on the NonStop server by a command such as the ls command.
Disables the mapping of OSS ACLs to NFS file permissions. When NFSPERMMAP is
disabled, NFS requests to objects protected by OSS ACLs that contain optional ACL
DISABLED
entries are denied. This behavior matches the behavior for systems running J06.08 and
earlier J-series RVUs, H06.19 and earlier H-series RVUs, and G-series RVUs. This is the
default value.
For more information about OSS NFS file-system security, see the Overview of NFS for Open
System Services and the Open System Services NFS Management and Operations Guide.
MaxInodes number2
is the approximate maximum number of inodes that the OSS name server allows for the fileset.
This field is displayed only if the fileset is in the STARTED state.
InuseInodes number3
is the current number of inodes that the OSS name server is using for the fileset, displayed as
a decimal number and as a percentage of the maximum number allowed.
This field is displayed only if the fileset is in the STARTED state.
MaximumCountInodesUsed number4
is the last highwater mark of inode use in the cache for the fileset, displayed as a decimal
number and as a percentage of the maximum number allowed.
This field is displayed only if the fileset is in the STARTED state.
TimestampMaximumCountInodesUsed time5
is the timestamp for the time when the fileset last reached its highwater mark for inode use, in
the form dd mmm yyyy hh:mm:ss.mil.
This field is displayed only if the fileset is in the STARTED state.
TimestampMaxiximumCountInodesReset time6
is the timestamp for the time when the fileset highwater mark for inode use was last reset, in
the form dd mmm yyyy hh:mm:ss.mil.
This field is displayed only if the fileset is in the STARTED state.
FTIOmode ftiomode
is the fault-tolerance and buffering attribute to be used when file opens use O_SYNC in the
fileset. The value displayed is one of the keywords described for the FTIOMODE attribute of
the ADD FILESET Command” (page 256).
NormalIOmode normaliomode
is the fault-tolerance and buffering attribute to be used when file opens do not use O_SYNC in
the fileset. The value displayed is one of the keywords described for the NORMALIOMODE
attribute of the ADD FILESET Command” (page 256).
NumVols number5
is the number of disk volumes in the storage-pool file for the fileset.
RestrictedAccess RAValue
indicates whether the fileset is a restricted-access fileset. A fileset is a restricted-access fileset
if the value displayed is either ENABLED or LOCAL.
