OSS E00065 RESTRICTEDACCESS attribute set or altered only by a member
of both SPA and SUPER groups (but not super ID or SOA group)
Cause
The user that attempted to alter the RESTRICTEDACCESS attribute of a fileset did not have the
appropriate privilege to execute the command.
Effect
The RESTRICTEDACCESS attribute is not changed.
Recovery
Log on to the local system as a user ID for which all of these conditions are true:
• The user ID is a member of both the Safeguard SECURITY-PRV-ADMINISTRATOR (SPA)
security group and the super user (255,n) group
• The user ID is not the super ID (255,255)
• The user ID is not a member of the Safeguard SECURITY-OSS-ADMINISTRATOR (SOA)
security group

OSS E00066 RESTRICTEDACCESS attribute cannot be set or altered on ROOT
fileset
Cause
An attempt was made to use the Subsystem Control Facility (SCF) ALTER FILESET command to
change the RESTRICTEDACCESS attribute of the root fileset.
Effect
None. The command is ignored.
Recovery
Configuring the root fileset as a restricted-access fileset is not supported. Use the Subsystem
Control Facility (SCF) CREATE FILESET command to create a restricted-access fileset, or use the
Subsystem Control Facility (SCF) ALTER FILESET command to change the RESTRICTEDACCESS
attribute of a fileset other than the root fileset.

OSS E00067 AUDITENABLED for restricted fileset altered only by a member
of both SPA and SUPER groups (but not super ID or SOA group)
Cause
The user that attempted to alter the AUDITENABLED attribute of a restricted-access fileset did not
have the appropriate privilege to execute the command.
Effect
The AUDITENABLED attribute is not changed.
Recovery
Log on to the local system as a user ID for which all of these conditions are true:
• The user ID is a member of both the Safeguard SECURITY-PRV-ADMINISTRATOR (SPA)
security group and the super user (255,n) group
• The user ID is not the super ID (255,255)
• The user ID is not a member of the Safeguard SECURITY-OSS-ADMINISTRATOR (SOA)
security group
