Recovery
Check that:
File creation is allowed in the subvolume to be used for the file

Reenter the command after correcting the problem.

Effect
OSSTTY is running without a backup copy and cannot provide the fault tolerance of a process
pair.
Recovery
This is an informative message only; no action is needed unless the backup process is required
by your site procedures. The OSSTTY process can be stopped and restarted after the problem
is corrected.
