c Displays the locales appropriate time and date representation.
C Displays the locales century (the year divided by 100 and truncated to an integer) as a
decimal number (00 through 99).
d Displays the day of the month as a decimal number (01 through 31).
D Displays the date in the format mm/dd/yy (the default format) or as specied by the
LC_TIME environment variable, if dened.
e Displays the day of the month as a decimal number (1 through 31 in a 2-digit eld with
leading space ll).
Ec Species the locales alternative appropriate date and time representation.
EC Species the name of the base year (period) in the locales alternative representation.
Ex Species the locales alternative date representation.
Ey Species the offset from the display of the %EC eld discriptor (year only) in the
locales alternative representation.
EY Species the full alternative year representation.
h Is a synonym for the %b eld descriptor.
