System Functions (a - d) acl(2)

[ENOSYS] This system does not support OSS ACLs.

[ENOTDIR] Either of these conditions is true:

• A component of the path speciﬁed by pathp is not a directory.

• The value of the cmd parameter is ACL_SET, and an attempt was made

to set a default ACL on a ﬁle type other than a directory.

[ENOTSUP] The ﬁle speciﬁed by pathp either resides in a ﬁleset that does not support OSS

ACLs, or is a ﬁle type that does not support OSS ACLs (such as Guardian ﬁles

accessed from the //G directory).

[EROFS] The value of the cmd parameter is ACL_SET, and the ﬁle speciﬁed by pathp

resides in a ﬁleset that is mounted as read-only.

[EFAULT] The aclbufp parameter points to an invalid address.
