B.3.4 Functional Unit Negotiation
In accordance with the functional units chosen in section 3.1 and the restrictions
specified in standards, the supplier shall specify:
•
what functional units or combination of functional units the entity can propose.
•
what functional units or combinations of functional units can be accepted in receipt.
B.4 Supported PPDUs and Equivalents
B.4.1 Guidance for Completion
This section defines the PPDUs and session service primitive usage supported for which
conformance is claimed, and their relationship with functional units (FUs).
The D column reflects the definitions and specifications in ISO 8823. Each entry in this
column is chosen from the following list:
