A.11.23.1 F-CANCEL Mapping
If the following two conditions are met, ISO 8571 requires that F-CANCEL maps to
P-RESYNC:
1. Either or both of the read and write functional units are implemented.
2. P-RESYNC and P-SYNC-MINOR functional units are available. See ISO 8823
PICS.
