Tandem Implementation Note. The initiator supports 7K PDUs for character strings with
MSLs from 32 to 7148. When the MSL is less than 32, PDUs must be shorter. For more

The responder supports 7K PDUs for character strings with MSLs from 34 to 7148. When the
