An RTS element is supported if the IUT is able to send and/or receive it.
In the following table the status of the RTS Elements is given according to the A/311
Functional Standard (please, refer to Annex A.1 for the mapping between A/311 Keys
and PICS entries).

to handle a complete data transfer for that direction after having negotiated checkpointsize other than zero.
