A.3 Global statement of conformance
If the supplied implementation is a DSA implementation, A.3.1 is required to be
answered by the supplier. If the supplied implementation is a DUA implementation,
A.3.2 is required to be answered by the supplier.
Answering “No” to A.3.1.1 or A.3.2.1 indicates non-conformance to the protocol
specification. Non supported mandatory capabilities are to be identified in the PICS,
with an explanation of why the implementation is non-conformant. Such information
shall be provided in A.6.5 Other information
